Didn't realize when you call it doesn't reach local shop it's a service center and they dispatch people close to you. Needed a pad lock picked because bolt cutters didn't work lock was in awkward position to cut. Someone came out used a dremel saw and took care of it

This review is super late but needed to happen!I had the pleasure of having Brian help me out when I locked myself out of my bedroom. I am frequently scatterbrained and was in a hurry. I called the first number that came up on my smart phone and the service was great.

Tl;dr: Spare I got made didnt work. Place inside the swap meet made me one that did for $4I came here maybe 6 months ago. Needed a spare house key. Got it made. Months went by before I actually had to use it since it was a spare. Well the day I decided to use it, it didnt work. I was locked out. Had to get my gf to come and open it for me. Thought it might've been the lock so I went to the swap meet and got another one made to see if that key would work. It worked, and so do my other two originals. So idk why the copy they made doesnt work; the grooves seem to match. But I guess I'll just be going somewhere else. I never bothered to contact them bc so much time had passed...read full review
