This year was my first year doing my taxes and I could not be happier with the service and knowledgeable help I received. My parents have been coming to Donna for a few years now and after shopping around I decided to follow their advice and go with Accurate Accounting. I called and was able to set up an appointment right away. The day of my appointment I got a few meetings moved around and needed to move my appointment up, which they were able to accommodate for. When I called to make my appointment, the lovely receptionist verified the documents I should bring along. When I should up, Donna was already waiting for me. Since I had all my documents ready, I was literally there for 15 minutes. I got a "first-time" client discount and I would say pricing is reasonable ($95.00 including the discount) I do not have any complicated taxes to file but my parents do. So whether you have a simple tax return or a more complicated/long tax return to file, I would still go to Donna.

Mike and his team are the best! He handles all my flower shop's accounting from the quarterly to my payroll and he is always available to answer my many monthly questions and whenever I misplace my paper work , he is quick to send me another copy. He also handle the personal taxes for several family members on my husband's side as well as mine and everyone is very pleased with his experience and knowledge. Had wage attachment for garnishing my check, For unfiled taxes. I was really stressed , they were professional and helpful. Which calmed my nerves , and after everything they did for me , I got a big refund back. And the garnishment was released by the state. A bad day was turned into a good day! I got my taxes done here recently. I had 5 years of returns that they took care of for me. Their service was friendly and professional. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and also educated me on how to get better deductions and avoid penalties. They were able to get me a huge refund that I wouldn't have received if I hadn't gone to them. I'm so glad that I found them because they made me feel like I wasn't just another number. During the past 5 years I have inquired at other tax places and didn't get such good treatment. They made me feel comfortable enough to discuss my tax issues with them and I could say that I have officially found the place where I will be doing my taxes from now on.

I am the office manager at an engineering firm in La Mirada. The owner and founder of our firm passed away last December. His partners took over the firm which led to hiring a new CPA firm and making the decision to bring the bookkeeping and payroll in-house. EFS has worked with our firm for decades and specifically with me since late last year. EFS has taken our pile of paperwork and turned it into invoices and financial statements as well as doing our payroll and payroll taxes.
