TLDR: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Look no further if you want an honest, capable, professional plumber.I got connected to Frank from a friend who highly recommended him. I'm thankful because the entire experience may be the best I've had for any home improvement/maintenance/repair service. Frank was responsive and communicative from start to finish. He was patient in helping us understand the problem and the steps that he would take to remedy our situation. I didn't know the size of the regulator that needed to be replaced and he came out early in the morning to check for himself, went to purchase the part, and then came back. I have used Western Plumbing at a few different locations. Every time Joe or his team comes through. Joe and his team were able to resolve a problem with the boiler / hydronic system used to heat a building that I used to live in. There were multiple different plumbers and specialists look at the boiler system and all failed to see that a part was installed 180 degrees in the wrong direction. After correcting the plumbing error and updating my indoor unit we have heat after 4+ years.
