They offer fair and affordable prices, ensuring a pleasant experience for both you and your pup. Consistency is key, with exceptional grooming services every time.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this groomer. You know those perfect doodle cuts you see online with the perfect teddy bear cut??? That's EXACTLY what they achieved on my pup here. My doodle isn't the easiest when it comes to his face but they got the most perfect summer cut without cutting his fur too short. Their staff is amazing here & I will not be taking my pup anywhere else. Thank you to everyone there who did such a great job. **Side note**my doodle is a bit skittish with strangers but was happy as a clam!! Wasn't shaking like he normally is. Thank you Pampered Poochez.
I have been bringing my 3 dogs to Pampered Pooches for several years and I have all the GOOD things to say about them. For the people who write bad reviews I must say that I love and care for my dogs as much as you love and care for yours. Every time that I take my dogs to the groomers, I ponder about dog grooming to be one of the hardest businesses to operate; An employee, not the owners, may be in charge of your dogs on a particular day; Dogs generally are not very fond of groomers and grooming; Dogs behave in different ways with different people personalities; It takes a long time for dogs to get used to a groomer and her employees; It is generally hard to keep dogs calm through grooming. All these factors may create a very negative atmosphere for a caring groomer who is constantly cognizant of the negative cloud that will not dissipate without someone's genuine help. I try to be the one that genuinely extends his hand trying to make life easier for the groomers and my beloved dogs. We stay in constant but POSITIVE communication and try to work out things that may come up at times. Positive reinforcement is your best option.
My 2 dogs got their cuts today and we are more than happy with the service! The ladies there were so friendly and loving towards them and they did their cuts in such a timely manner. We will be back for sure!
