This is a good company and a great customer service. They text you when the technician arrives. They are always on time. Tim, one of the technicians, is very knowledgeable and fixes things efficiently. Great experience overall.
My technician, Gary, let me know when he was going to arrive and was very prompt. He made sure to cover his shoes to protect my floor, which was greatly appreciated since it was raining outside. He was very thorough and replaced 3 different parts on my heating unit, showing me photos of what he did. I am very pleased with his service, which was contracted through my home warranty. I definitely recommend their services!
February update- A second visit by Orion was necessary to replace the previously discovered damaged duct pipes in the crawl space beneath the roof. Egor and Tim arrived at the scheduled time and replaced all the ducts within several hours and checked all the vents. They were professional , efficient, and Thorough. They showed me the photos of what they replaced- All the ducting for this 3 bedroom 2 bath house. They removed all the debris/damaged pipes so well that there wasn’t a spec of dust to show they’d even been here. The entire heating system is now running at peak efficiency.
