The female owner, Tracy, is not rude. She is just serious and hard working and does not talk much. She is watching over everything that goes on in her business and she is very conscientious about her work. She gave me a great gel manicure. There is no blasting music and background noise there—just piece & quiet and I like that.

I've been here a few times and it is a decent spa. The manicure and pedicure themselves were nice, but the customer service isn't great. I walked in and had to go up to the lady telling her I had an appointment. The prices also aren't listed anywhere and they tell you how much it is after you're done which I'm not a fan of. The actual nail job was nice but I don't personally think I will be back.

I have been going here for years with my two daughters. They have consistently done a wonderful job, so we do t go anywhere else. We get gel and dip manicures, pedicures. The shop is clean and busy. I found it is best to call ahead, talk to Tracy, she runs the shop.
