After a severe left knee injury, I honestly didn’t know if I’d ever get back to feeling strong and confident in my body again. From day one, Naomi and the entire team at Aspire Physical Therapy changed that outlook.

Naomi is exceptional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients. She took the time to understand not just my injury, but my goals, my concerns, and the mental side of recovery that so often gets overlooked. Every session was purposeful, challenging, and tailored specifically to where I was that week, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

What really sets Aspire apart is the team environment. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they care about long-term results, not just getting you through a few appointments. The consistency, communication, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my recovery.

Because of Naomi, Alli and the rest of the Aspire team, I’m stronger, more stable, and far more confident than I ever thought I’d be after this injury. I’m moving better, trusting my knee again, and feeling like myself.

He is an expert in fixing my ailments while also exhibiting a world-renowned bedside manner. Then there is Shant, the punctual paragon of performance pontification. A special shout-out also to PT-in-training Aly for her assistance with my exercises. She will be an incredible Doctor of Physical Therapy someday. I would pay out of pocket to come to this place if I had to, that is how valuable their expertise is.

Long overdue review of the wonderful Megan at Foothill La Canada. She is personable, professional and knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. She helped me with a chronic issue that is so much better now. Thank you Megan.

At Aspire Ocean View, PT Jerick was caring and attentive and he didn't get distracted by other activities going on in the room. To help strengthen my injured back, he gave me a variety of full body exercises - some that were challenging but very beneficial. Except for some parking issues at the peak hours, I found Aspire to be a friendly, pleasant and healing experience. I highly recommend Jerick and Aspire on Ocean View.

I sought treatment for a ruptured rotator cuff with the hope of avoiding surgery. Unfortunately, after just five sessions, I left in worse condition than when I started.

Here’s why:
• The clinic began treatment without requesting a prescription, assessing my range of motion, or evaluating the severity of my injury.
• They consistently overbooked appointments and handed me off to trainees who appeared to be learning on the job.
• When I voiced my concerns to the owner and asked—at the very least—for a refund of the co-pays I had made, he claimed that doing so would be illegal and said it would “break his heart.”

This experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the professionalism and oversight at this clinic. The double-booking practices and lack of initial evaluation suggest a focus on volume over patient care.

The entire experience is excellent. From the front office staff to the caring and attentive assistant, Stephen, to the amazing and knowledgeable therapist Martha, one experiences kindness and excellence. I would definitely recommend utilizing Aspire for physical therapy.

Best Physical Therapy in town! I’ve been to multiple PT clinics in LA over the course of the past 2.5 years, and would definitely recommend Aspire - they have all the necessary equipment, technology, and, what’s most important, a very professional staff dedicated to helping their patients get back to an active life!

Highly recommend Aspire Physical Therapy!! The team is always extremely welcoming /friendly and the space is open and clean! Breaking my left knee severely while playing soccer was not a fun experience at all... but going to Aspire has been awesome and extremely helpful thus far in my rehabilitation! Naomi is an incredible PT that is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and has been great to work with!!! Mayra at the front and Logan, Jesus, and Grigor are all very friendly and helpful as well! This is my first major injury that I have ever had and a first for PT... it is important to find a place that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Great place, staff, equipment, and accommodations!!

Aaron & Reid are great! Son had an elbow injury & after receiving therapy with Aaron & Reid he felt so much better. Highly recommend the La Cañada location.
