Andrew came down, worked on my unit and told me exactly what I needed and even gave me various options on what we could do. Great service, and will be calling them again in the future for all my service needs.
Had my A/C unit serviced today. Andrew was my technician. He was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. So glad to be a platinum member with Jack's Refrigeration and making the switch from Monarch.
I called Jack’s Refrigeration for an emergency HVAC situation. It turns out the loud banging noise in my house was another issue. David stayed and fixed the issue anyway! Fast response, friendly service and greeted with a poinsettia! Can’t beat it! Thanks and Happy Holidays
