“Hands down, this is the best detox cleanse I’ve ever done!

I used to own a juice bar, so I’ve done countless juice cleanses and water fasts over the years. Now that I’m in my mid-40s, I just don’t have the desire to put my body through those anymore. That’s what led me to Lauren’s cleanse—and wow, was it impactful.

I came to her with significant neck issues: x-rays with confusing results, more than a year of chiropractic care that helped with pain management but wasn’t healing, lots of tense muscles and chronic problems.
