“We want to leave a big thank you for Dr. Rankin. Although we didn't end up seeing him (we finally got through the system after our surgeon's colleague requested an exception be made for us), Dr. Rankin offered to get our daughter in after her reconstructive surgery when our referrals up to that point were being denied by other surgeons because she had surgery in Manhattan with a specialist who was not local. No one would take us and Dr. Rankin offered to let her come in day of to be sure she had the care she needed. The office was incredibly warm, friendly and supportive even after we canceled due to our situation changing. We so appreciate the support they gave our toddler and going out of their way to be sure she had all the care she needed!“
