“I am writing to profess my newfound undying loyalty with Ash Hair Co.. A few months ago I received a cut and color from Jules. Right away all of the friendly professionals at Ash Hair made me feel so welcome. Jules sat me down and was able to decode my ridiculous, often unintelligible, rhetoric detailing what I wanted done to my hair. I showed a few photos, but contradicted myself constantly! As I do. Jules said "I think I got it ;)" and boy did she ever! I am a bit embarrassed to announce, by way of always leaving things to the last minute, and moving around constantly, I don't usually see the same hairdresser more than once. I am also quite picky - and no one is ever able to really do the job absolutely perfectly. That was until Jules.... Jules was meticulous, and completely detail-oriented in a way I have never found before. It made me feel like she actually CARED.
