For about 12 years now Kensington Vet Hospital has kept my cat (curled up next to me in my computer chair) in good health. He's happy, I'm happy. Fees have been very reasonable for routine care. Some pricey meds, but that's out of the vet's control. Don't know where else I would go, or why I would want to.
I love Kensington Vet. DR Boyer and her staff are so patient with my cat (the cat is a terror out of her home). The team has figured out how to manage her and suggested ways that i can help better (e’g’ instead if oral gabapentin before a visit a pat h in her ear). So grateful i can help my cat get her monthly shots and nail trims without torturing the cat. Yay!

We had to make the difficult decision to let him go, and during that time, they supported us with such compassion. When we needed advice the most, they guided us through our options — including a home euthanasia service. Later, when we called to ask whether we should take him to the hospital instead of waiting for the home vet, they gave us timely, thoughtful advice that helped ensure Toothless passed peacefully without prolonged suffering. They even contacted urgent care on our behalf. I’m deeply grateful for their care and empathy during such a hard time.
