Cantor inspections inspected my current home before the purchase. He was extremely professional and thorough. I'm a home builder in Berkeley and have been in construction for 20+ years. Matt told me things that I didn't even know. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspected.
Matt responded to our email message within a few hours, and we scheduled an inspection within a week. He arrived on time with the gear he needed to inspect the place. Matt clearly explained what he would do to inspect the home and then allowed my partner to accompany him while he inspect the home. He took about 3 hours to inspect the historic home, which was partially due to my partner asking qualifying & follow-up questions during the inspection. We then checked back in later that evening and went over a few things, which was very helpful in our decision making process.
