Matt Cantor is a graduate of U.C Berkeley's College of Environmental Design ('81) with a degree in Architecture. Matt began inspecting homes professionally in 1988 after building and remodeling many homes in the 1980s. Matt takes more time and delves deeper to give you real answers and to help our clients understand what matters. A typical inspection takes 3.5-5 hours with lengthily wrap up conversations designed to help you fully understand your home or the one you're considering closing on.
