Can't say enough kind words about the caring attitudes of the owner and instructors. My husband and I are involved 3-4 times a week in "Senior Functional Fitness" classes, and he's a paraplegic confined to a wheelchair. They have done so much to work with him and his special needs, but not take away from others in the class. We both LOVE being at the gym and improving our strength and abilities!

I have watched this business thrive since they opened! The coaches uplifting and very knowledgeable... they make sure you are being safe and working at your level! Such a wonderful environment for the whole family! My and this girl down here are obsessed with the results of being consistent with their programs!

Excellent facility for functional training. All of the coaches are wonderful at helping you perform workouts at your own ability. Konocti CrossFit has allowed me to transform not only my body, but most importantly my life.
