Specialized Urgent Care is the first urgent care in Jurupa Valley. It is a 5-room facility with state of the art diagnostic equipment and a versatile professional staff. The clinic offers a wide range of services from occasional sickness to chronic diseases, including IV therapies, school physicals, and small surgical procedures. Patients report fantastic experiences with incredibly friendly, caring, professional, and savvy staff. Wait times are very short, with many seen almost immediately and in and out in under an hour. The building is very clean and spotless. The medical providers are thorough, compassionate, and informed, taking time to listen to symptoms, explain conditions in depth, answer all questions, and provide clear treatment plans. The clinic closes late and accepts medical insurance. It is highly recommended by patients.
Came in and was greeted by Darlene lovely receptionist she was friendly and listen. Dr. Catherine was very informed about my condition and how I was feeling and gave me information on what was causing my issues and helped me, and not a long wait especially important when not feeling good.. definitely be back when I need urgent care.
I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and I was seen almost immediately. Awesome care! Catherine was very helpful. She showed care and empathy but over all was very savy and really took her time to hear my symptoms and carefully issue me the appropriate medication.
