Where do I start? Well we need some AC repair, according to another company. I wanted a second opinion. So I got on YELP, and read a lot of different reviews with a lot of different companies. And when I read Scott Heady Ac & heating, I knew this company was for us. I called and first talked to Marissa, whom set all the appts. And very helpful. And then I received a call from Scott. I first had Scott help me with my homes hvac almost 3 yrs ago. He came to fix a brand new systems installed by another company. Now years later it works great, I’ve never had a system work like this, silent. Since then we have installed several complex and high end systems in my customers homes. I don’t think anyone else could have done these systems that I know and they actually work properly. If you want a well planned and installed system you can’t go wrong with Scott Heady.
We had an issue with our upstairs furnace not turning on. Scott was able to come to us same day to assess the problem. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was incredibly honest. He pointed out the issues and explained everything down to the operations and safety of the system (that a layperson like me was able to understand). I initially reached out to this company based off of their reviews and it is clear that their reputation proceeds them. Scott stands by his word and his work, and he has earned a lifelong customer.
