The nail techs are amazing, The new manager is horrible. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and never have I experienced their staff being talked down to and belittled in front of guests. The owner should really reconsider management, it is so sad to see the workers be mistreated and laughed at by their manager while trying to enjoy some peace and pampering. I would really want the owner to call me so I can share my experience and advocate for better leadership. These employees who have been there for years deserve better.

Love my manicure by Ray! He was committed to getting the right gold for my gatsby themed nails, shaping them perfectly for the era and listened well. Definitely recommend him for manicures!

My first time here and I’m a little disappointed, it’s been 9 days since I’ve gotten my nails done and it’s already lifting and coming apart, these are supposed to be gel x nails. I don’t do any hard labor work for my nails to already be coming apart.. for the price I payed I’m not happy. ☹️

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and I’ve got to say they are the best nail salon I’ve been to in a very long time. Everybody there is friendly, it is clean and well decorated. There are many of the technicians that I have tried that are awesome. A few of them are Lu who I’ve just recently seen the last 2 times and I love the way she does my nails. Also Amber,Han, Jesse and Jay. The only thing I can say that they need to improve on is their online scheduling. They don’t seem to keep up the schedules and 3 times now I have booked an appointment with somebody who wasn’t in the salon. But when I got there, they were very gracious and fit me in with somebody else right away. So from now on, I will call to make my appointment or I’ve even had a couple of technicians that have given me their name and phone number so I can text and schedule directly with them. Overall highly recommend and love Herbal nails.
