“The best service I've ever had, period. The owners are the definition of customer-focused. When our luggage was completely soaked after landing, I called them in a panic. They went above and beyond to help us out of our emergency.

I mean who does that for what will likely only be a one time customer? Expert does that. 30 other local dry cleaners I called said no. But take a guess...... Expert said yes!

On top of all this, we were supposed to meet them there at noon and we were 45 minutes late. But they waited for us anyways, which we were so thankful for. (Sorry guys)

This kind of stuff never happens back home in Chicago and now we can do the deed at our convention looking out best- thanks to the team at Expert.

“I was skeptical due to the lack of reviews but the process is extremely easy, convenient, and efficient. I dropped off my 4 dress shirts and 3 pairs of dress pants off around 10pm last night and asked for them expedited; the clothes were ready before 4pm today and it came out to $67. They also have an active kiosk with a customer service option and a phone number that both connect to a live rep to assist you. Highly recommend for those last minute needs.“

“I needed two patches sewn on to two jerseys the same day I walked in and without an appointment. A very nice (and chic) woman greeted me and told me the work could be done; just to allow a couple of hours. Super! Upon my return, the patches were sewn on exactly where they needed to be and looked awesome! For this speedy work, I only had to pay $14 total. Since I don't sew, this is a great price. When I get the other patches to complete the outfits, I'm definitely coming back. By the way, there are some gorgeous embroidered scarves at the front counter. I didn't ask if they were for sale, but they may give an idea of the quality of work done there.“

Anna is an amazing seamstress and put so much care into the re-alterations, fixing the mistakes left from the other business. Very average/reasonable price for wedding dress alterations (about $600), plus she fixed the hem for free. After so much stress with the other place, I felt so much better leaving my dress in her hands. Seriously an expert in her craft. And super kind as well.“
