“I contacted Smith Electric to inquire about installing a EV charging station for me as well as upgrading a subpanel for a new spa. I knew they were going to be great based off the initial VERY QUICK response and kind customer service. They came out right away, got me a quote very quickly, and the quote was extremely reasonable. I hired them and they were there I think the same week to do both the EV charging station and the spa subpanel upgrade and running new conduit/wires to the spa. These guys are incredible communicators, do what they say they are going to do, stayed in budget, were very trustworthy and ultimately did GREAT CLEAN WORK! I selected them based on their positive Yelp reviews and my initial email exchange with them was fantastic regarding the project I wanted completed. Then they were a no-show on the agreed-to appointment date. I wasn’t very happy about the missed appointment and immediately thought “typical contractor” but I reached out to their office and discovered it was an honest mistake where my previous email thread on Yelp regarding the appointment didn’t get on the schedule with the front office. Teresa was very quick to rectify the situation and was able to get an electrician out within a couple of days and even offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Great customer service and an immediate solution. I have now used Anson Electric twice and both times the electricians did a great job, they are friendly, show up when they say they will, and their prices are fair and reasonable. “We have 2 Tesla's and rely on charging at home. We were trickle charging for a while but it wasn't always enough getting only 5miles an hour. We discovered we had a bigger outlet but when we started charging the breaker would trip and stop charging. We Called Doug with Bingham Electric. He is highly recommended on social media and have had many friends recommend him. Doug came out the next day and upgraded our breaker. He also inspected all wiring to make sure everything was working great. We now get level 2 charging. Doug was on time and very professional. He is honest and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Doug for all your electrical needs.“

For detail's sake: On a Friday afternoon I emailed a request for an estimate to fix a problem at my very elderly father's home; Tre sent me his rates on Sunday, then called later that day and arranged to come to the home on Monday to diagnose and fix the problem. This response was atypical in my experience, and set him apart right away.

Further, I live out of state, and I can't overemphasize how impressed I was with his communication during the work; he called, texted and sent photos about everything he found and everything he was doing to fix the problem. I don't know what interaction Tre had with my father, but it must have been very positive as my father called me after the work was done and was just happy as a lark with both Tre and the repair.

I don't know that I've had better service from a tradesman before this, and just can't give Tre and RPL Electric a more positive review and recommendation.“
