We ordered a new refrigerator and Direct Appliance was very easy to work with. I was able to call on the phone and give the size I needed and then they sent over the refrigerator that would work in my space. Ordering was super easy and the delivery set up was a breeze as well. We will definitely be using direct appliance again!

It was snowing, and the two young men delivering the appliances were friendly, helpful and offered to take the appliances out and make sure they were good and then return them to their cardboard

We recently had to purchase a new oven and I shopped several store including online. I ultimately ended up at Direct Appliance Flooring and Home. The Scott, salesman in Jamestown store, was awesome to work with. I told him what size oven I wanted and he searched available makes and models. Scott printed me a copy of all available units so I could take them home to show my wife. Direct Appliance Flooring and Home uses an automated updating text / email system that is awesome……UPS and FedEx should look into this.
