I received great service from Pam in the office and the 2 installers who were professional and explained everything thoroughly to me. December 27, 2021 was the second snowy day of December in Jackson. A few minutes ago, the Christmas lights went off and the HVAC stopped. My wife and I stared at each other. The electricity must have gone out! But before we even finished saying that... Christmas magic! Everything came back on. The only consequences were that my wife lost her place in the YouTube livestream she was watching and one of the cats was staring in the direction of the quiet hum of the generator that had just started up outside my office. We bought a wrought iron chandelier that needed to be rewired . Michael let me drop off the chandelier with him and spent time reworking the whole thing. Looks amazingggg ! He and his team came today to hang it up along with moving our other ceiling lights around and omg I’m in love.Thank you so much for your service and thoroughness. Super appreciated and couldn’t have asked for better !
