My husband & I have taken several of Bianca & Jo's classes. ALL of them exceeded our expectations and met us right where we were. Love the welcoming atmosphere and hands-on instruction.
The 2 instructors that I have (Bianca and Jo) are very knowledgeable. Their explanations are clear and concise. I have shown progress in how I feel, especially in my hip flexors which are probably connected to my IT band. That also feels much better!
