“Ive been going to Lux, specifcally with Pearl and Vivian since they first openened and i will continue going back. I made an app with pearl for a scalp treatment, and she was very accommodating. Her customer service is second to none, and she worked with me and my difficult work schedule. Dont trust anyone else with my hair/scalp needs but pearl. The treatment was also very satisfying, since she showed me before and after pictures. Very knowledgeable, and she care very much about her clients. Will be going back for round 2 for sure. I also went with Vivian for a glow facial… and wow, i was impressed of how knowledgeable she was about skin care. I was so happy with the results that i gifted my mom the same facial treatment and she was glowing!! Vivian was also very accommodating, she went above and beyond to work with my mom and i busy work schedule… shes passionate about skin care and shell have you glowing as my mom and myself did… i gave them 5 stars cause thats all i am able to…but id give them alot more. I got my eyebrows threaded and the man who did it was so careful and made sure I liked how they looked before moving onto the next one. I completely forgot how much cleaned up brows can make such a difference in how I look!He also did a consultation on my skin and showed me a machine he has in the back to improve my skin issues. Trisha is experienced, knowledgeable skillful ,professional and very patient, i appreciate those points because getting permanent eyebrows tattooed on part of my face is a big deal. I booked the appointment for micro blading session. With Trisha expertise and experience and guidance I realize Micro blading is not the ideal service for my oily skin type, she gave me a few other options, so i go with powdered ombre brows style. I also really appreciate her attention to detail in regarding to aging eyebrows. Trisha lifted my eyebrows line up a little bit be she tattoo me ( this will help my tattoo eyebrows age gracefully.
