This is a new location inside a large business park in Irwindale, California. This is my first in-person
visit to this high security building. The cashier's enclosed station is near the entrance and customer service is very good, better than my past experiences via telephone calls. Athens Services contracts with many cities in the San Gabriel Valley for weekly garbage collection, and I have found them to be reliable and consistent. Some policies have been revised for better consumer needs.

. I had the pleasure of speaking to Shannon from customer service and it was a fantastic experience. I had to call earlier in the morning and was initially helped by Jonathan, who was unprofessional and unmotivated. However, Shannon's assistance was everything and more - she provided great customer service and helped me with all of my questions. Hopefully the right person see this and Shannon gets a credit she deserves ! It’s a pleasure to have Athens with good people like Shannon

Poor communication. Drivers on the road tend to do whatever they want without a care of others on the road. They also seem overworked, which isn't their fault but the internal hire-ups need to do something about that, because their business is clearly taking a hit. The service is also over priced.
