. I had the pleasure of speaking to Shannon from customer service and it was a fantastic experience. I had to call earlier in the morning and was initially helped by Jonathan, who was unprofessional and unmotivated. However, Shannon's assistance was everything and more - she provided great customer service and helped me with all of my questions. Hopefully the right person see this and Shannon gets a credit she deserves ! It’s a pleasure to have Athens with good people like Shannon

Poor communication. Drivers on the road tend to do whatever they want without a care of others on the road. They also seem overworked, which isn't their fault but the internal hire-ups need to do something about that, because their business is clearly taking a hit. The service is also over priced.

Yesterday my green waste trash can was not emptied. I was dreading calling Athens because in the past have had terrible customer service. I was pleasantly surprised , customer service agent was so nice and professional , really appreciate her expertise!! Didn't get her name, called at 9am and by around 11am taken care of..thank you!!
