On 09/09/2025, I delivered the order placed under Jerr H. Due to asphalt work in front of the business center, I was unable to park at the entrance and had to leave my car in a difficult spot. I sent two messages to the customer, shared a photo showing exactly where I left the order, and explained the situation. Despite this, the customer did not come down to pick it up. Around 3 PM, when I returned, I saw that the order was still by the elevator. I then picked it up and brought it again to the 4th floor, leaving it in front of the company’s office.
