Dr. Updike and her team make orthodontics fun! Excellent care and compassionate team. She also takes the time to discuss treatment plans, options, and results. When we first brought our daughter to see Dr. Updike, our daughter had already done stage 1 with another orthodontist. Since we had to move to a new city, we chose Dr. Updike. We are more than thrilled with the stage 2 results. Her staff is friendly and office hours are convenient for parents with school-aged children. When our son is ready for his orthodontics work, we will definitely bring him in to see Dr. Updike. I’m very happy with the treatment I received. The doctor and staff were communicative, responsive, and made the entire treatment process smooth and reassuring. I appreciated their professionalism and the prompt attention to any questions or concerns I had.

We love Dr Updike and her staff! They are professional, yet warm and fun. We felt like family celebrating all the holidays together with our mthly visits and we will miss that. The facility is open and airy and you can see the staff spraying and wiping down the chairs, tables, and everything used after each patient. They even have video games set up in the lobby for waiting patients or siblings. The office immediately accommodated us whenever we had a bracket or wire emergency. I guess that’s one of the perks of having a neighborhood doctor.
