I took my phone to Ultimate Wireless Solutions and they replaced the battery in no time. The service was quick, professional, and affordable. My phone is now working like new again.
This is for Shahin at the 18062 Irvine Blvd location…We cannot thank him enough for helping us with our son‘s iPad. We are not sure what he did but he somehow made, what seemed like an impossible situation work and our son‘s iPad, not only works, but it did not have to be wiped. He was kind and patient and didn’t give up. We appreciate him and we have definitely found our new tech guy.
I happened to find this place by accident. It’s located in a very small unit in a small business office park. Tiny place!
I only walked into the place because I thought the owners were standing outside, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I met the owner, Sean, I showed him my iPhone 13 Pro. Max told him I was getting intermittent charging. He looked at it and within 10 seconds he told me exactly what it was. I’m sure based upon experience.
