Friendly & thorough
True North did a great job of accommodating my request of meeting as soon as possible. There was some confusion and discrepancy at first about the invoice, but the owner Anna was extremely patient and understanding. My technician Jorge was knowledgeable and able to resolve my AC and thermostat issues. I highly recommend and would use again.
Some challenges with intake grill but they solved it. Just got the system so a little early to judge but scheduling/installation was smooth. Got exactly what they listed for equipment in the contract. I appreciate that.
