I have been a regular customer at this cleaner for about 5 years and have generally been happy. The gentleman who serves behind the counter is always helpful and courteous and I have been pleased with the quality of the work. Today I needed some shirts rushed due to travel. The woman who works there was unhelpful, rude, condescending and made no effort to accommodate. A shame!

They do a great job, get the creases in my slacks just right every time. Best dry cleaners in town. Poor people crying about it being expensive get the hell out of Irvine and go back to the slums where you came from

Not thrilled about this cleaners. The charge a lot for blasters and don't care if you're a first time customer. Their receipts aren't clear and don't state when you can pick up your items or how much your items cost. When asked to replace the very hard to see receipt they didn't offer. Not recommended. I'll go find another dry cleaner that cares.
