Sunny Fresh Cleaners

They do a good job with a simple press/dry clean but can't seem to get any stain out of any garment I bring to them. I've tried several times now. I would trust them for simple tasks but take more advanced issues elsewhere.

I am disappointed with my experience at this dry cleaner due to both the quality of service and how the issue was handled.

I brought in a white shirt specifically to have a visible stain removed. At the time of drop-off, I clearly communicated the concern, and I was told the item would be properly cleaned. I paid in full and trusted that the service would be completed as expected and did not check it at the time.
However, when I later packed the shirt for a trip and prepared to wear it, I realized the stain had not been removed. This created an inconvenient situation during my trip, requiring me to spend additional time and money to find a replacement.

$82 to sew on 4 small insignia patches on military uniform is ridiculous. In many years in the service I have never paid more that $12 per patch. Besides the overpriced service, one set of uniforms was completely messed up, despite very thorough instructions. Initially promised to complete the job within 5 days, all-in-all took 3 weeks. The uniform that was due for a re-do was still done poorly.
The regular shirts that were turned in for wash service, were drycleaned at their own discretion, and charged accordingly. Over $100 for 4 patches, 2 cleaned shirts and 1 pair of pants is beyond reasonable.
