I have been a regular customer at this cleaner for about 5 years and have generally been happy. The gentleman who serves behind the counter is always helpful and courteous and I have been pleased with the quality of the work.
Today I needed some shirts rushed due to travel. The woman who works there was unhelpful, rude, condescending and made no effort to accommodate. A shame!

They charged my t shirts under polo shirts and charged me extra. They over charge and they are so bad with customer. Specially the lady who works there is so rude. After a lot of arguments with them they gave me only 20% discount. They told me pay or leave your clothes here.

They are a rip off!! They don’t tell you the price when you drop off items they say we will let you know. They never call to let you know. I just paid $120 for 3 adult T shirts one normal women’s daily dress and one kids shirt. They don’t hav their prices available for customers to see.
