I cannot say enough great things about Ashley! She is amazing with our two year old, working with him softly through his meltdowns, and giving us good suggestions to help keep him calm. He even popped his balloon after his service and she gave him another one for free. She clearly cares about making the experience as positive as possible for the kids and gives a great cut too!
We recently came in for our baby girl’s mundan (first head shave), and overall we appreciated the care and patience shown by Therese during what can understandably be a difficult experience for a little one. Therese was exceptionally kind, understanding, and incredibly patient with our baby, who was understandably upset. She handled the situation gently and professionally, and we’re very grateful for how considerate she was throughout the process.

We really wanted to like this place, but after two visits, we were disappointed. Both times our 2-year-old got a rushed, uneven haircut that wasn’t well finished. For $38, the quality just didn’t match the price. Toddler haircuts need patience, and that was missing here. Unfortunately, not worth coming back.
