Our visit with Dr. Leela Athalye felt rushed—we had to speak up and say we were overwhelmed before the pace slowed down.
Also, very frustrating billing experience. Received the statement late, made multiple calls with no response, and when I finally reached someone and provided payment, it was never processed. No receipt, no charge, yet I was still hit with a late fee.
Overall, poor communication and an unsatisfactory experience.
Dr. Tran failed to effectively treat me for jock itch…how could I receive better skin treatment from an urgent care rather than a dermatologist?? When I would ask questions regarding my issues, he was rude. One thing that Seaside is good at is ensuring that they receive those co payments!! One of the ladies up front told me that my copayment was $80 when in reality it was only $25. I’m happy I knew what my co payment was supposed to be to avoid this overcharge. If a dermatologist can’t effectively treat jock itch should you really trust them for cancer research…?
