I have gone at least 5 times, and every time they have treated me well. I have never left with a bad haircut and they are nice enough to remember my face.

The place is not good, They can't dye hair according to customers' requirements and their attitude is not good. I don't recommend going there.

Absolutely messed up my perm! It hurt a lot to comb my hair daily. Do not reccomend. AT ALL.

I showed nice balayage and totally different picture and they just gave me bleached hair that’s all 😣😡 so unpro and price is not cheap i had very short hair even i didn’t satisfied and hard for me but i gave at least tip and what they said haha they asked increased the tip what kind of mortal! Tip is pleasure not mandatory if you did good job ppl may give not have to okay! Understand that and even did bad work i gave it 😡 korean ppl are demanding most of them so pls leave that attitude at work!!!

I made my first appointment with Jade at Ritz Hair Salon in Irvine. Prior to my first visit with Jade, she had asked me to bring in a photo of the hair style I am wanting. So i brought in a couple of pictures so that Jade has an idea of what hair style i was wanting. My hair was originally one length past my shoulders. Well I must say Jade did an amazing job cutting and layer my hair. I could not be more happy and have referred several people who had stopped to ask me who did my hair. Jade is so gifted in cutting hair. If you want a new and improved look, Jade is your gal. just bring in a photo of a hair style that you like and let her do her magic. Just remember when you are looking at photos of others be sure that it is similar to your type of hair. I have baby fine curly hair but alot of baby fine hair curly hair. So i brought her a photo of what i had in mind. When i first came in to have Jade cute my hair, my hair was past my shoulders one length. It gave Jade enough to work with. She ended up layering my hair which turned out amazing. I have since sent my best friend there and Jade did a beautiful job on her as well. Thank you Jade
