I've played Rancho at least a few times per year for over 20 years. It's been a roller coaster with ownership and management changes, and a near sale and bulldoze for condominiums. Over the 20 years, conditions ranged from awful to just sort of ok. The greens have always been pretty good. Trash collects outside of the bins and is attracting rats that are coming over to our homes and dead in the parking lot. The improvements around the course are better but I wish they would clean up the parking lot and put lids on the dumpsters. They need more dumpsters.

Driving range is located down the street and separate from the actual course. Not walking distance. Huge increase in the pricing for balls since the remodel - $9 for a small bucket (35 balls), $16 for a medium bucket (70 balls) and $20 for a large bucket (100 balls). After closing the driving range for a month to remodel, the distance placards no longer match the color of the distance flags, so there's no way you know how far you've hit. This would be a very inexpensive fix, and seemingly obvious need for the distance placards to match the flags they are supposed to represent.
