We had our system installed by sunvena, which has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The maintenance crew came back after four months of I was supposedly creating energy at a forty eight panels.Only panels were working correctly.
The problem was fixed immediately, and he informed us that we could call q cell ourselves and give them our site number and we could have access to be able to look at what was going on.
Johnny was nothing short of amazing, he was spectacular!
He walked us through step by step and showed us how to set up our q cell app and walked us through every detail within less than fifteen minutes.

The 5 stars is specifically for Johnny, once on the line with Johnny, he was extremely pleasant and professional, he called the customer directly and then sent me a follow up update on his customer communication. He also emailed me useful information I could use for our customers in the future. I am appreciate his thoroughness and follow up!
