Company hss some definite challenges lately, but they are making attempts to resolve the challenges. I had a few bumps in the road with service, but Rigoberto actually made a home visit to resolve my struggle and provide EXCELLENT service. I appreciate when a business takes responsibility for their shortcomings and does whatever necessary to repair the challenges.
Fantastic across the board. A+. Scheduler (Valerie) fits you in when you need it. Robert was my tech and he carefully looked for all hot spots and treated them. He also gave me pointers to keep them out of my house. He was professional, kind and helpful and explained things the way a non expert could understand.
