It was a last minute decision to swing by today, and I am so glad I did. Jessica helped me today. She was so kind and helpful. A really lovely job making this customer feel valued. She answered all my questions thoroughly. The store is bright, well stocked, and orderly. A must visit! My only critique is can the store be opened later for the holiday period? I would love to be able take my time and explore further. Keep up the great work, Planet Beauty Irvine!
Although the sales reps are super friendly and helpful, they do not honor valid coupons at all. They have a board they'll point you towards that and it excludes everything in their stores to be discounted using a coupon.
Planet Beauty is an excellent store for beauty products and services. Yvonne Barron is a talented hair stylist. For products, the staff is very service oriented. I enjoy the 20% on qualified. It is very safe and meets CDC guidelines.
