to Evelyn B. and Wen T. I am just placing this review in the hopes that you are both recovering and making the best of what Physiican skin offerers - or more so what life it self offers you? Don't let them get you down? Drs are not sworn in to do as much harm as they possibly can just because they are partial owners of the company? We are supposed to be informed about their financial interest but because they just harm so many people so often for what other reason would they risk their license if at all they have one? At first they told me that it takes 3 weeks for the refund or credit to happen. I have given them ample time but they've been so unresponsive. My husband kept on calling and calling but to no avail. They'd put him on hold for hours and no one even bothered to check up on him until we tried to call and call and it has been the same MO. They won't even answer our calls and emails. I've seen that there's some people who got their refund and yet others suffer. To all those who are on the same boat with me please let me know what number you've been calling and the person you've spoken last. Just within the last few days I have received requests from others who haven't received refunds in months for the number I called so I wanted to post it for everyone. I was surprised to find out it is the consultation number 800-559-5476. Make sure to demand to speak to whoever is the manager for accounting. Call during normal business hours. The office is located in Northern California. They told me Jennifer was in charge. I never spoke with her but the Irvine location did call me to say the medical director called to find out what was going on. The excuse I got was the paperwork wasn't done correctly. Not surprised by this fact.
