“I cannot recommend Northwood Animal Hospital enough, especially for those with small pets. My bunny Artemis has been seen by both Dr. J and Dr. Roberts, and they are both incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets. I also have nothing but glowing praise for all the vet techs and front desk staff there. Kate and Minerva especially are so sweet and responsive. Everyone here has so much patience and grace.

Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.“

“Amazing !! I utilize this vet bc I foster for different rescues and what sets this vet apart (besides the amazing vets), is their front office staff!!! I have had to stop going to at least 2 or 3 vets in the past, due to the front office staff being completely rude and abrupt. The ladies here (cuz I haven't seen men upfront) are top notch. They present with such knowledge, patience and loving kindness, it really makes the visit go much smoother!
Then the back office techs and nurses are very skilled and caring.
