We felt the charge of $448.20 was exorbitant and requested a breakdown of the charges which we never received. Union plumbers get a maximum of $135 an hour (includes medical and benefits). Technician was here 1 hour and 15 minutes and replaced two water valves. Invoice listed all that technician did but isn't that included in the hourly rate?? We were pleased with his work just upset over the charge. If you can provide me with a breakdown I will delay writing a negative comment on Yelp. What services does the hourly rate include, just being at your home??

James, who from start to finish, serviced us professionally, timely, and expertly! We had a leak from the curb to our house that James resolved. He was on time, gave us an outline of how and when the job would be complete. He listened to our concerns and saved us money. He trenched the area down a slope, underneath a brick wall, through a grassy area and underneath our pavers. It was done very cleanly and he replaced everything neatly that was disturbed. There is no doubt that we would use Patriot Plumber and Rooter, as well as request James again! We are very pleased with James work and I would highly recommend him.

I responded to a flyer that Patriot left on my front door (a nice flyer, by the way!). Our house pressure regulator, the one on my front porch, was going out and needed to be replaced. Although I know a lot about plumbing, I’ve never learned to sweat fittings and I wasn’t about to learn on that pressure regulator, so I called Patriot. Dino worked with me on the price (I’m retired on a fixed income) and sent Mark to my home to do the work just after lunch on the very day I called them! And, of course, Mark did a great job.
