Dr. Shala is great. She is very honest and upfront about everything which I love, no BS. Most of my interaction is with Dayse my coordinator and she is literally the most amazing. She is so patient and understanding and responds quickly to my MANY MANY questions. I know I drive her nuts, but she has never once made me feel like I do. PRC is lucky to have her. I haven’t had the best of luck in my IVF journey so far but she is definitely the reason I have stayed with them. I can’t praise her dedication and thoughtfulness enough. I am dealing with uterine cancer and I had to quickly find a good Doctor and center before I had to have a hysterectomy. They were very prompt and dealt with my urgency amazingly. Daysy was always there to answer any questions I had and was always there to reassure any worries or questions I had through out the whole process!
I have been going to PRC for about a year under the care of Dr Shala. My coordinator has been Daysy throughout my entire fertility journey. I'm beyond happy to say we are 7 weeks pregnant after doing our first round of IVF. I know we are in the early stages but we are hopeful and excited for what's to come. Dr Shala has made our dreams come true and I'm so thankful to her for her expertise. Every appointment she was great at listening and answering my questions. I never felt pressure or misguided through my time here. Daysy was absolutely wonderful in every way. I felt like she really cared and was willing to help answer all of my concerns along the way. She was great at communication and giving me all the information I needed at any time. I am so thankful to have had her throughout my experience here at PRC. It's important to have great support like her, especially going through fertility. There was also a RN named Kate at the Torrance location that I adored as well. She instantly made me and my partner feel comfortable in every visit. I had a couple procedures done that I was worried about and she was great at calming my nerves. She was so friendly and kind every time I saw her. Overall experience was great and I would recommend PRC to anyone.
