If you have an emergency with your furbaby late at night or the weekend (both cases for me), this is the place to go. They took such great care of us. Thank to the team that was there the night we were - I am grateful for the care you provided to help my little girl feel better.
We brought our baby Sparky here after Banfield Pet Hospital recommended this hospital to us. The hospital is very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff working at the front desk and the technicians were very kind, understanding, and had no problem explaining the quotes given to us and accommodating our requests. The doctors were also kind, compassionate, and took their time to explain what was going on with our baby and answering all the questions we had. Their pricing was a bit on the expensive side, but we truly liked this hospital and would not think of taking our baby anywhere else. I highly recommend this Pet hospital because the place is clean, well organized and caring staff. I rushed my cat here, I thought Mochi was already in a worst condition and Dr Laura Lei explained everything in a way that’s very calming. She is knowledgeable and kind. After that I was able to calm down. Thank you so much and also for the follow up call to check on Mochi.
