OC Restoration did a GRAT JOB cleaning soot, ash and smoke out of my Palisades house after the January 7th fires. They did a thorough job and they were honest.

Great service and help. Obviously all of us that need remediation of our homes are under stress and want the job done right on a timely basis. Jeff was very patient and helpful in working with me as our work proceeded. He helped to guide me and provided context.

The office staff was responsive and helpful. The on-site crew did a great job and even came back when we expressed concerns about some remaining soot. Bottom line - they really earned the five star review!

This is by far the best Restoration service i have ever used! They were always on time. Came over extremely quick (same day when needed) and very very knowledgable with everything. Thank you for your service and you have a customer for life now!
