Great doctors, terrible office system. My experience so far:Took more than 4 hours just to secure an appointment as a returning patient, and the system is really confusing. Receptionist relayed me to their scheduling department, who didn't seem to know what to do with me when I said I was scheduling an appointment to get tests done. Sends me to the nurse. I had to leave a voicemail each time I was sent somewhere else. Eventually the scheduling lady schedules me properly, but I still don't understand what was so complicated about this process.My name is spelled incorrectly even though I wrote down my correctly spelled name at the first visit, as I was asked to by the office...read full review
