Wonderful service. I was able to get a same day appointment. I only waited a couple of minutes to be seen. Great overall experience.

I feel bad for the doctors working here, because I am not even sure they realize their image is compromised by the front desk staff. These women are rude and arrogant. They laugh and loudly chat behind the glass and then they get upset because they couldn't hear you. There is this superior attitude like trying to appear important, and they don't even realize how ridiculous they are, behind their computers, not greeting anybody, not making eye contact, barely opening their mouth when you ask something, like they are doing the patients a favor. I'm giving it four stars because my doctor is incredible. Her name is Dr. Krishna and I've been on thyroid meds for 30 years. Sometimes it get messed up and she fixed it up immediately. My problem is the front office. It was just me and another man in there at the time, a black girl called me over and said I'll check you in. she proceeded to tell me my insurance card was no longer valid for their office. I said since when? I was just here three months ago, I'm coming back for a repeat visit. no one told me. her reply.
