My appt was cancelled before it even started. They showed up 20 min before the appt, at which time I was getting my son, who is on the spectrum, ready. I was not near my phone and when I finally get a chance to look at it, I see they called and texted that they were here already here. I immediately called 3 times, all 3 went straight vm. I go to text and see they cancelled the appt 4 min before my scheduled time. I took time off work, to be here & was hoping we had found our new barber. She did offer to turn around but at that point, can I trust they’ll do a good job? She also apologized and offered $5 off for the confusion, which confusion? Maybe the one where they don’t know how to tell time or where they don’t have the decency to at least allow a parent to get back to them by the scheduled time before cancelling.
To new customers, be aware they will show up early and then cancel when you don’t answer, no matter if it’s before your scheduled time.

Lisa is awesome. Our son is on the spectrum and struggles immensely with haircuts. She can’t to our house and did it quickly and perfect! She was so sweet and caring. Looking forward to seeing her again

Just got our first home visit haircut for our 12 month old and it was so easy! Lisa is fantastic! She made sure it was what we wanted and she was so quick and kind! They have the full setup and clean up so you don't need to worry about anything! The prices are so comparable (if not cheaper) to other kids haircut places that you'd be a fool not to use them! I highly recommend!

We loved the mobile service. Miss Lisa was so sweet with my girls. She even gave some great advice about shampoos and leave in conditioners to help with my 4 year olds stubborn tangles. The girls loved the braids and bow they got and of course no kids haircut is complete without a lollipop and a ballon!! I have already recommended to other friends.

Miss Lisa is the best! She has been coming to my home to the past few months to cut my 3 year son's hair and also my husband's hair as I figured why not do both of them at the same time! She is super friendly, very patient and accommodating. My 3 year old did not like getting his hair at kids hair salons but Lisa was very patient with him. After a few times together he really looks forward to his haircuts. Also it's super convenient with the mobile service as she travels to our home and brings all her supplies!

Lisa is amazing! Gave my son his first hair cut at 11 months and today gave him another haircut. Today, first time doing mobile. She came and set everything up on time and very professional. She has so much love and patience for kids. My son felt comfortable with her, which is something as a parent we like to see. She also explains to you what she's doing and how you could also comb his hair. Gave my son a balloon and a lollipop at the end. She is a keeper! We will be booking with her all the time now.
