This is a horrible company. They took $490 from our son who paid for his own driving lessons and then only delivered one lesson before sending him a text message from Ashley at MasterDrive in Colorado stating that the company in Irvine was sold. There has been no follow-up in 3 weeks, the Irvine location does not return phones calls and our son is now out his money. This is a very shady business and we are pursuing all legal options against MasterDrive.

I strongly do not recommend this company. Their customer service was not good. I tend to give 5 Star reviews. I do not give 1 star reviews. You are better off going to the BMW program or somewhere else where the customer service will be considerate that if you're paying $1100, that they would take good care of you. They're quick to take your money, but not quick to make things right. I asked for a manager to take care of the most recent issues (there were 2), but NO ONE called me. We had an excellent experience with Master Drive. My son passed his driving test on the first try. A real person answers the phone when you call and they are organized and helpful. Even during Covid they sent instructional emails on how to do the classroom study work so it was easy and fast. The day in-car day camps were beyond what any driving school covers. They wet the pavement and showed the students how to come out of a spin if they encountered wet roads. I was very impressed. The 3 follow up in car lessons are 2 hours each and the instructor gives tips and examples throughout the lesson to ensure the student becomes an alert confident driver.
