I recently visited MassageLuXe and had a great experience from front desk ladies to the service. I was extremely happy with how I was treated. The membership process is actually simple if you pay attention to what they are explaining.Looking forward to coming more regularly now.

Very professional outfit them massage therapist or top notch good communication you can tell them what you really need. They will tell you what you need then going here for years and have seen most of the therapists here for different things. I've always been accommodating and helpful and most of all worth regular visits to maintain health.

Update: Manager contacted me and offered me a refund. Thank you! I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars because they finally was willing to resolve my issue. Old review: All they want is your money. No respect and desire to keep a potential customer. I tried numerous times to discuss the scheduling miscommunication with the manager but was consistently ignored. I will take my money and membership somewhere else.
