Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. She didn’t push back any of my cuticles or cut them. Wanted light pink and she chose a natural polish that barely had any color so she had to put too many coats. Waste of money and time.

Multiple gels came off within two days. Tried to go in a few days later to get them fixed and they claimed they didn’t have the color anymore and that they got rid of it “weeks before.” Wanted to charge me $30 for a new set because they claimed to not have the color that was put on days before. Front desk girl was rude and I will never return.

Wish I read the review, just took my chance and did a walk in. The service I received is really bad. The person assigned to me did a horrible job with the pedicure service. Unfortunately for me I got assigned to someone who did barely performed the service. They charge premium for sub par service. I was thinking of going back for them to redo but it isn't worth the stress so I just had someone redo it. If you are like me who do not know a particular technician there, I wouldn't do a walk in.
