This review is for the manager only. She is rude to both employees and clients. She seems annoyed when asked to schedule an appointment and rarely answers the phone. I have also witnessed her be patronizing to employees which is completely inappropriate. The franchise owner should strongly consider finding a new manager.

I have been here a few times and request for Helen the nail tech and she is great 100%. But this time I got a new nail tech and she used a super sharp nail filer and put her full force onto my finger and cut me plus a piece of the acrylic was hanging inside my cut and she didn't take it out until I told her. I asked her nicely that file is hurting me and she didn't even apologize for the discomfort but instead COMPLAINED that I have a small finger and that's the reason why I got cut. I originally came in for a fill and gel, I told her to complete the fill and just paint with top coat. She also talked some smack about me saying I'm trying to get a free service out of full review

The worst Happy nails branch. The manager is so rude and unsocialized. She passed me to someone else whose hand was shaking so she didn't do it clean& also hurt me when she was filing. she asked me to pay when she wasn't even done!If you want to waste your money, go there.I'm so upset about my experience in that location.
